We're on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack Developer who isn't just skilled, but truly passionate about making an impact. This isn't just about writing code; it's about shaping the very core of the ATworld app as we gear up for massive scale and ambitious plans for 2026.

You'll be a pivotal player, contributing significantly to our React Native mobile app, and playing a key role as we begin to build out a new web application to support operations (where your React expertise will shine!). You'll work side-by-side with our experienced CTO (a leader who loves to push the boundaries of what's possible while keeping the team spirit high). You'll own critical features from concept to launch, ensuring our platform is robust, scalable, and delightful for our users. Responsibilities

Your days will be a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on creation as you:

• Pioneer New Features: Design, develop, and deploy exciting new functionalities primarily for our React Native mobile app, and later for our new web application.
• Build for Hyper-Growth: Architect and implement solutions that aren't just functional, but inherently scalable, performant, and secure – because we're preparing for exponential expansion.
• Collaborate & Elevate: Jump into engaging brainstorming sessions and work closely with our CTO and other senior developers to define our technical roadmap and champion best practices.
• Craft Elegant Code: Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient C#/.NET Core backend and React/React Native frontend code that stands the test of time (and scale!).
• Lead & Learn: Participate actively in code reviews to share your expertise with fellow developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Innovate with AI: Potentially dive into exciting new AI features, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the user experience.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring ATworld remains at the forefront of innovation.

The Non-Negotiables:

• You've got 5+ years of battle-tested experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• React is your playground: You're a wizard with modern front-end frameworks and can build intuitive, responsive UIs.
• C# and .NET Core are your backend fortress: You deeply understand building robust, scalable APIs and services.
• You've demonstrably built and maintained high-performance, scalable applications – you understand what it takes to prepare for significant user growth.
• RESTful API is your second language.
• A fervent dedication to writing secure, top-tier code – security isn't an afterthought for you.
• You're a proactive problem-solver, capable of tackling complex challenges with creativity and tenacity.

Awesome Bonus Points If You've Got:

• React Native experience: As our current app is mobile, this is a very strong plus!
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on AWS.
• Previous experience working in a scale-up environment.
• LLM Experience: Familiarity with large language models, especially frameworks like Langchain or platforms like Amazon Bedrock.
